1 Introduction

4 Account Registration

Each Member may hold onlyone registered Account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, device, payment method or IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including:

• Your legal full name as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• A valid and accessible email address owned by you.
• A current Malaysian mobile phone number for verification purposes.
• A date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify the Platform immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. delta575 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials.

KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request can be processed. Accepted documents may include a Malaysian MyKad, passport or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of the payment method used for deposits. The Platform may request additional documentation at any stage as part of ongoing compliance obligations.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The Platform accepts deposits via selected Malaysian payment channels, which may include bank transfers through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong, instant payment options such as DuitNow and FPX, and digital wallets including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. Cryptocurrency deposits via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT) and Litecoin (LTC) are also available subject to network availability.

A minimum deposit of MYR 30 applies to most payment methods. The exact minimum may vary by channel or active promotion. All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, minimum withdrawal thresholds and any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active Bonus Funds. Real Money Balances are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Processing times vary by payment channel and account status. The Platform does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.

5.3 Fees

The Platform does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers, banking institutions or blockchain networks may apply their own transaction fees or charges for which the Platform accepts no responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional incentives advertised on the Platform are subject to individual promotion terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, maximum bet caps and expiry dates. These individual terms apply in addition to and, in the event of conflict, take precedence over these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (e.g., X10, X15, X20) in qualifying games before any related winnings may be eligible for withdrawal.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: Placing any single bet exceding the stated maximum (typically MYR 250 to MYR 500) while Bonus Funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% while table games may contribute 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Uncompleted wagering requirements within the stated bonus validity window (commonly 7, 14 or 30 days) will result in automatic removal of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Member: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active promotional bonus may be held at any given time per Account.
• Abuse Prevention: The Platform reserves the right to withold, cancel or reverse any bonus suspected of being claimed through fraudulent, coordinated or abusive activity across accounts.

All bonus decisions made by delta575 are final. Members who disagree with a bonus outcome may direct their query to the support team, but the Platform retains sole discretion over bonus award and forfeiture determinations.

7 Gameplay Rules

delta575 offers a range of entertainment categories including slots, live dealer casino tables, sports betting markets, live football in-play betting, bingo, lottery and poker. Each game category operates under its own specific rules provided within the game interface or betting market.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection, game malfunction or any result that appears inconsistent with normal game operation, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the Member's Real Money Balance or Bonus Funds as applicable. No compensation beyond the returned stake is provided in such circumstances.

Sports betting odds, live football markets and sporting event schedules are subject to change without notice. Bets placed on events subsequently postponed, cancelled or abandoned are governed by the specific sporting rules applicable to that event.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal referal:

• Registering more than one Account, either personally or through another individual.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party personal or payment information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping or coordinated play against the Platform or other Members.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs or miscalculated odds with the knowledge that the outcome does not reflect intended game design.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any financial crime.
• Attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions or account access controls through VPN, proxy or other technical means.
• Transfering Account balances, access credentials or any Platform benefit to another person for commercial gain.

9 Responsible Gambling

delta575 is committed to supporting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is for entertainment purposes only and is accessible solely to adults aged 21 and above. Gambling should never be used as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

Members may request account tools including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion periods by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed as priority and result in the suspension of account access for the duration selected by the Member.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the delta575 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, interface designs, logos, game assets, promotional materials and structural code, is the intellectual property of delta575 or its licensed content providers. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, modified or republished in any form without prior written authorisation from the Platform.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence terminates immediately upon Account closure or breach of these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, delta575 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from game results, technical outages, payment processing delays or reliance on information published on the Platform.

The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access to some or all Platform features. The Platform will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption but accepts no liability for losses incurred during downtime.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Amendments

delta575 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or through email to the registered address on your Account. The updated Terms will take effect on the date displayed in the "Last updated" notice at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting the support team.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Platform operates. Members access the Platform voluntarily and remain solely responsible for verifying that their use is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction, including any applicable Malaysian legislation.

The Platform makes no representation that content available through delta575 is appropriate or lawful in any jurisdiction outside the Platform's operational scope. Players in Malaysia are responsible for understanding and complying with local law.
